Paul Hansmeyer

Paul relocated to Alaska from the Midwest in 1984. He has over 20 years of real estate finance experience, including all aspects of mortgage lending.

Paul enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors alike. He uses his experience to ensure the right loan fits the specific needs of each client. Paul has extensive knowledge in secondary down payment assistance programs offered through Cook Inlet Lending Center and NeighborWorks®.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family fishing, boating, and riding snowmachines at their cabin.
